PATIENT IS ABLE TO AMBULATE ON 3 LIMBS – NWB ON LFL
PALPABLE FRACTURE AND SOFT TISSUE SWELLING AROUND THE PROXIMAL LEFT HUMERUS
NO APPARENT INJURIES TO LEFT HIND LEG
APPEARS TO HAVE A SMALL HEALING ABRASION ON THE LEFT LOWER LIP
A: LEFT HUMERAL FRACTURE
PX: GOOD WITH TREATMENT
P: WILL INFORM NEW HOPE OF NEED FOR PLACEMENT – FRACTURE REPAIR VS. AMPUTATION
