Medical Summary Sex: Male neutered Scan: Negative Age reported by owner: 14 months Fleas: No flea dirt seen. S: Active, walks around table slowly, allowed handling initially but then got impatient (tail tapping) and hissed during vx. No interest in food. O: BAR-H, BCS 4.5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Good fur condition. UG: Male neutered A: Externally healthy male neutered young cat with possible behavior problems Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Treated with Activyl cat 0.5 ml topically and pyrantel 0.6 ml PO 1088
