Medical Summary scan: neg sex: male, intact est age: 8-12mos S/O: Cat is Q/BAR, BCS 4-5/9, grade 0/4 dental dz, fresh blood on fur proximal tail – clipped to reveal large puncture draining pus with what looks like smaller punctures (suspect cat bite) on both sides, NOSF A: Cat bite abscess P: Gave 0.16cc buprenorphine 0.5mg/mL SQ, continue BID and start on Amoxi/Clav BID x 10d; recheck tail wound at 3 and 7 days PROGNOSIS: Excellent
