A staff member writes: “If Mary was creating an online dating profile, she’d write: “Single, looking for a family or just a companion. Must enjoy giving chin scratches and lounging around the house, watching Animal Planet. Although I don’t enjoy being carried for too long, I love the company of humans. My soul mate must not mind a little shedding (since I’m a cat after all) and must be a true cat lover. I’m open to any type of home, as long as the love is endless!””
A volunteer writes: This tiny girl was lying in the back of her cage, watching me cautiously. She is such a beautiful girl, with a lovely silver gray coat, tiny head, and giant green eyes! As I started to close her cage door, she suddenly changed her mind and came rushing forward to be petted. She loves to head butt and she loves being pet! She is only 8 years old, but seems younger. She will make a striking addition to any family!
