She has a bit of a cold but not a problem and easily treatable with antibiotics. When brought in, MARILYN was “showing signs of curiosity and unafraid to explore her new surroundings”. 06/29/15 21:29 Marilyn is a female cat who is approximately 1 yrs. old. Marilyn is a medium sized brown tabby with a very friendly disposition. Marilyn was easy to handle calm friendly and very confident with the person who brought Marilyn to ACC. Marilyn also demonstrated signs of curiosity and was unafraid to explore her new surroundings while in the Intake office. Marilyn was able to interact with this Intake worker and showed no fear at being handled and showed no signs of aggression. Mrilyn appears healthy and will undergo a full health exam before being placed for adoption.

Reaction to Assessor: Marilyn was calm, relaxed, and friendly upon approach. When softly spoken to, she lifts her head up and sniffs around. Reaction to cage door opening: Marilyn remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Marilyn comes to the front and remains in place for petting, begins to purr, and rubs her cheeks on the assessor’s hand. Reaction to being picked up: Marilyn remains calm and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Beginner Marilyn interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
