MARGARITA – A1059166
Gone 12-5-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 12/05/15*** MARGARITA is a beautiful, 3 year old whose only problem is that she’s found herself at a HIGH KILL SHELTER and needs someone to get her out! Thrown in the shelter with so many other cats and stuffed in a tiny cage, this girl is bound to have fear issues. It’s for just that reason that’s she’s rated EXPNOCHILD. But once in a new home, she can get used to her new surroundings on her terms, and she should be just fine. PLEASE offer to FOSTER or ADOPT MARGARITA! It’s high time a MARGARITA should make you happy, and without the buzz!

12/02/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Margarita behavior was monitored by the enichment faciliator prior to her evaluation. They noticed Margarita is fearful and tense in the care center. Reaction to assessor: Margarita does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: Margarita does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: Margarita remains motionless Reaction to touch: Margarita flinches when touched and body stays very tense. Try picking cat up: Did not attempt due to Margarita looking like she was about to flee Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Margarita was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with no children.
