11/20/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
11/20/15 13:31 Manchita A1058450 is being surrendered because the owner is currently in the hospital and is unable to care for her. The home health aide came in to BXACC to surrender for her. She says that she has been caring for the owner and the cat for some time. She states that Manchita is litterbox trained, is very friendly with strangers, and loves to be pet. She is very affectionate. She was fed friskies wet food and dry food. Behavior during intake Manchita was shy and tense upon intake. She allowed to be scanned(-) and transferred into a kennel. I collared her and pet her head slowly. She allowed me to take her back out for photographs as she sat patiently. She tolerated all handling. I carried her and she did not resist or vocalize.
