BCS 4/9 TEETH CLEAN, EYES CLEAR, NO OCULAR OR NASAL DISCHARGE, EARS WNL NORMAL THORACIC AUSCULTATION, NORMAL ABDOMINAL PALPATION AMBULATORY X 3, LFL HAS OPEN FRACTURE OF RADIUS/ULNA AND DEGLOVING WOUND UP TO PROXIMAL ELBOW; DIRTY WOUND; MINOR INJURIES TO PAW PADS ON ALL OTHER LIMBS NO OTHER INJURIES NOTED FEMALE A: OPEN FRACTURE, DEGLOVING WOUND OF LFL P: GAVE BUPRENEX 0.05ML PO, AUGMENTIN 0.3ML PO, CLEANED WOUNDS WITH NOLVASAN. REC BUPRENEX 0.05ML Q12 X 3 DAYS AND AUGMENTIN 0.3ML PO Q12 X 10 DAYS. INJURY WILL REQUIRE FULL LEG AMPUTATION. CONTINUE TO MONITOR WHILE AT BACC. GOOD PROGNOSIS WITH APPROPRIATE TREATMENT
