She has a little cold but very curable and NOT a reason to be caught in the ACC’s death-trap. MAHJONG was brought in as a stray who had been wandering around the finders neighborhood. Is said to be a great girl and received a BEGINNER rating! Please don’t let this be the end for her! You can reserve her online until noon on Wednesday, but only if you can PERSONALLY pick her up. The finder stated that this cat has been seen in her neighborhood for a while and she was able to pick her up today and bring Mahjong to the shelter. The finder only handled the cat for a short time so she does not have any information on the cat’s behavior or feeding habits.

Reaction to assessor: Mahjong was at the front and was calm, relaxed, and friendly. When softly spoken to, she meows softly and rubs her cheeks against the cage door. Reaction to cage door opening: Mahjong remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Mahjong remains in place for petting, lightly head-butts the assessor’s hand, and begins to purr. Reaction to being picked up: Mahjong remains calm and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Beginner Mahjong interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
