Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Lomo came to us as a stray on 8/12/15. Lomo was very solicitous while the assessor approached the kennel and had very soft body language. He allowed the assessor to pet him softly without showing any behavioral concerns. Lomo did become a bit agitated when picked up, but did not aggress in any matter. The behavior department believes that Lomo can go to an average home. Reaction to assessor: comes to front of cage – soliciting, rubbing against cage front, reaching out with paws (1) When spoken to quietly: stays at front – continues to solicit attention, rubbing, purring, meowing (1) Reaction to cage door opening: remains soft and relaxed (1) Reaction to touch: solicits petting and attention – rubs, chirps, meows (1) Reaction to being picked up: Tolerant, but becomes agitated quickly
