08/02/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Levi was calm and relaxed upon approach. He blinks and avoids eye contact when softly spoken to. Reaction to cage door opening: Levi remains motionless, but becomes alert. Reaction to touch: Levi sniffs the assessor’s hand, but looks away when pet on his head. He allows all touch, but twitches when pet on his body and starts to lip lick. Behavior Determination: Experience Levi tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
