LEFT EYE – A1040099
6-21-2015 Brooklyn
*** GONE 06/21/15*** T BOZ, CHILLI AND LEFT EYE ARE THREE MUSKETEERS WHO WERE DUMPED IN THE ACC – NOW THEY FACE DEATH AT NOON ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID!!! Someone brought in 3 cats and said they were strays. Sometimes we wonder if they are really strays or the “finders” cats who he just didn’t want any longer. Sadly they came in carriers and not traps, but were terribly upset and not allowing handling. CHILLI and LEFT EYE have earned the NEW HOPE ONLY rating and T BOZ got an EXPNOCHILD as the assessor was able to pet him. These 3 cats are most likely traumatized in the shelter and if you give them a chance, they may be just fine once in a safe and loving home. We have no way of knowing their background in a home but we do know that if they are not rescued by NOON SUNDAY they will all be history. CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO SAVE T BOZ, CHILLI AND LEFT EYE – ALL GORGEOUS AND YOUNG CATS – AND GIVE THEM A HAPPY ENDING TO THEIR STORY.

06/19/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Left Eye was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. He seems to not be thriving in this environment and at the time of the assessment he was displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and may require further investigation before placement in a home. He is extremely fearful and currently does not tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: becomes alert Reaction to touch: strikes, does not allows petting at all Try picking cat up: did not attempt to pick the cat up, fractious behavior Placement Determination: NewHope
