*SAFE* 07/22/15 – Kurt is such a cutie! Our vet techs think that he would definitely be eating at his age and weight, but due to his URI, he is not able to even smell the food. He needs guidance to find the food until he gets better. Pull this guy tonight!!!

conjunctivitis to both eyes – as per 1044 start on erythromycin oint BID for 7 days
congested and nasal discharge present along with sneezing – as per 1044 start on amoxi/clav .15cc PO BID for 10 days
dirty ears – em negative
dirty coat – flea negative
clean teeth
he does eat food on his own but with his congestion he can’t smell it – so he needs guidence to food
overall body condition is good
sweet boy – easy to handle
