KITTY – A1039348
6-25-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 06/25/15*** RARE SECOND CHANCE FOR KITTY – PLEASE MAKE IT COUNT!!! PURRING, NUZZLING OLDER TABBY BOY, DUMPED DUE TO A MOVE, HAS A CHARMING VOLUNTEER PLEA AND A NEAR-PERFECT BEHAVIOR RATING, BUT THE ACC WILL KILL HIM ANYWAY – PLEASE GRANT KITTY A DEATH ROW PARDON!!! Sensational gray tabby and white six-year-old gent KITTY was BETRAYED by his old owners, who dumped this charming lad into the kill-happy ACC due to their MOVE to new cat-free digs. Kitty quickly caught the eye of an ACC volunteer, who lovingly writes: “Kitty may be a senior citizen, but he is very young in heart. He likes to play hide-n-seek. You will find him hiding in the back of his kennel behind his bedding. When you call his name you will see his eyes peeking out from behind his bedding. Call his name again you will see his cute face pop out. Call again he will come out toward you. He does enjoys your company only if it is for a short time. So take to time to get to know him for he really is a sweet cat. I can see him wanting to get to know you. I’m sure he will make a great companion.” Even in the scary shelter, Kitty earned a near-perfect AVERAGE behavior rating for his FRIENDLY, TRUSTING RUBS. At home, Kitty was PURRFECT: “Kitty lived with adults and children and allows both to handle him. With the humans of the home, he will brush up against thier legs and nuzzle and purr. Kitty is an inside cat with very high energy. He enjoys all cat toys and his vertical scratching post. Kitty choose to sleep with the young daughter of the family. She is around 13 so she grew up with Kitty and she is Kitty’s favorite according to the owner.” And Kitty is ALREADY NEUTERED! But this affectionate boy will DIE at noon tomorrow, an INNOCENT VICTIM of the dreaded ACC kitty cold and a badly broken shelter system. Please don’t let them silence his purrs forever! Start RIGHT NOW to apply to foster or adopt adorable tabby boy KITTY! If you can’t save KITTY yourself, please SHARE his sad story and PLEDGE for his rescue!
