06/16/15 14:31 Basic Information: Kiki is a 10 month old unaltered female cat. Kiki was given to owner as a gift 10 months ago. Kiki has never been to the vet but owner stated she appears healthy. Owner had to surrender Kiki due to moving. Social Life and Personality: Kiki lived with one adult and never been around children. Kiki behavior is unknown towards cats and dogs. She is indoors only and activity level is very high. Owner stated Kiki s playful, friendly, and affectionate. Behavior issues: Owner stated Kiki never bitten or scratched anyone. She likes to scratch on sofa and mattress. Kiki only had three baths and is tolerant of getting nail trimmed. She doesn’t like to be picked up and held but likes to lay on owner lap. For a New Family to Know: Kiki is litter box trained and uses a uncovered litter box. She likes to play with balls, wands and strings. She likes to follow owner around the house or sit on owner. Owner state she plays rough with her. She likes to eat dry food called Purina that is left out all day. Kiki sleeps in her own bed or with owner. Intake Behavior: Upon intake Kiki was calm and relaxed. She scanned negative for a microchip and allowed all handling.

Notes: At the time of the assessment she was displaying friendly behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Kiki is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
