A staff member writes: Quiet and curious, cool and content, such a charming little chap of a feline gent. A bit low key yet full of love, a serene space is best for this handsome face. From his meekest meow, to his most precious purr, the whole gamut of goods is up for grabs. Make it the gift of this seasons’ greetings, a friend for you and a hero for him. “Home for the holidays” chants this charming 5 year old chum with glee. Yet you might be the soon companion of Khal to be.
A volunteer writes: Khal is a big, brown tabby who looks directly at you when you stop by his kennel to say hello. I opened the door slowly, not knowing how amenable he would be to having his space cleaned up and rearranged. What a surprise I got! Khal ambled over to me and stretched his neck out for me to pet, and then he lay down and began to purr while I continued to stroke his neck and chin. He is a very nice cat, the kind that you can imagine growing old with, the two of you sitting together and watching Jackson Galaxy while you sip hot chocolate and Khal munches on some greenies.
