Medical Summary scanned negative intact male indeterminate age but 1-2 years based on teeth emaciated–seems much older pronounced intention tremor very dehydrated intersted in food and water enjoys human contact flea dirt + ddx: starvation secondary to pronounced CH versus underlying disease Plan: rehydrate and run bloodwork in 1-2 days retro neg, parvo neg guarded prognosis later: eating well but watery diarrhea can support self and use litterbox
