No visible tartar but mild gingivitis. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: No pain on palpation M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. UG: Female, pregnant, fetuses are full-size, small amt of waxy discharge from nipples A: Pregnant cat, within a few days of queening Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1. Did not give vaccines or Activyl due to late-term pregnancy 2. Gave 1.1 ml pyrantel by mouth 3. Consider spay/abort vs. queening 1088
