***SAFE 07/25/15*** JINGLES is in need of placement NOW. There is an opinion that he may be sick BUT NOT CONFIRMED! He was nervous but did allow handling since being DUMPED by previous owner for the reason “TOO MANY”! This 3 year old gets along with dogs as long as slow and proper introductions are performed. JINGLES also is 50/50 with other cats, depending on the other cat. Please save his life and get him the full vetting he may need. If one could foster, vetting is FREE! The rescue picks up the tab! So contact a NEW HOPE RESCUE NOW and save a life TODAY!

07/15/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
07/15/15 18:39 Basic Information: Jingles is a 3yr old male domestic short haired cat that is believed to be sick but wasn’t confirmed by a vet according to the owner. Social Life & Personality: Jingles has never been around children and the owner isn’t sure how he will respond in the presence of one due to never having children around for him to interact with. The owner explained that Jingles gets along with dogs as long as a slow and proper introduction is performed. Jingles has been around other cats and got along with some and fought with others. The owner believes he is selective on who he chooses to get along with as far as cats. Jingles was a indoor/out cat that is litter box trained. Jingles is described to be shy, mellow, and quiet with a medium activity level. Behavior Issues: The Owner isn’t sure how he will respond to grooming agents like recieving a bath, having his nails trimmed, or the brushing of his coat due to never attempting either on Jingles. He doesn’t like to be held and will struggle and at times hiss to be released. It is a struggle getting him in a cat carrier but once he in he is fine. For a New Family to Know: Jingle was brought up using regular clay litter and a standard litter box. She never engaged in play with toys or gave him any to know if he enjoys cat toys. When in the home Jingles is the type to be hidden or in a favorite spot according to the owner. When interacting with humans Jingles doesn’t play and prefers to be left alone. Jingles was brought up eating both wet/dry food and there was no specific brand the owner gave.
