Jim came in to the BK ACC injured. We don’t know if he was hit by car or how he was injured. He also tested positive for FIV and needs follow up vet care.

Medical Behavior Evaluation YELLOW
Medical Summary Scan : negative Sex: male Approx 4 yr Hx of suspect HBC reported by caller. Field driver said will flee and hiss S/O: BARH, sedated w. 0.15ml telazol for exam. Mild dark waxy debris AU. Conjunctivitis and enopthalic OS, normal OD. Unable to fully visualize globe due to elevation of 3rd eyelid. Dental disease 2/3, missing upper and lower incisors. Cardiothoracic auscultation WNL, wound on medial aspect of right hock, singluar circular wound ~5mm. Pocket under skin extending about 2-3cm in all directions from wound. Crepitus palpated in left femur and pelvis. Bladder was large, but expressed easily, hematuria. Rectal exam revealed good anal tone, and crepitus at pelvic symphysis. Radiographs revealed complete cominuted femoral fracture, and sacroiliac and pelvic symphysis fractures in pelvis. Unable to asses ambulation and ability to urinate at this time. A: FIV +, femoral and pelvic fractures, conjunctivitis possible corneal adhesions from eye injury OS, hematuria. P: Cleaned and flushed wound w/ dilute chlorhexidine, gave 0.55ml Convenia SQ, and 0.22ml buprenorphine SR. Will notify NH PROGNOSIS: FAIR
