Notes: Frasier was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to was seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying timid behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Frasier is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front , appears nervous When spoken quietly: does not come to front but , appears nervous Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless Reaction to touch: allows petting and attention, starts to warm up responds to petting Try picking cat up: Frasier is tolerant of this type of handling with a slow approach Placement Determination: Average
