JESSICA – A1038820

***GONE 06/24/15*** “FRIENDLY, AFFECTIONATE” PURRING OLDER GIRL, DUMPED WHEN OLD OWNER GOT SICK, HAS A NEAR-PERFECT BEHAVIOR RATING, BUT WILL DIE BECAUSE SHE SNEEZED – PLEASE GRANT JESSICA A DEATH ROW PARDON!!! Gorgeous JESSICA, a seven-year-old gray tabby beauty, was sadly surrendered to the kill-happy ACC when her old owner became too sick to care for this beloved cat any longer. At home, Jessica was “shy, friendly, affectionate, and independent. She enjoys cuddling next to her owner and watching television with her. She usually sleeps on her owner’s bed.” Even in the scary shelter setting, Jessica “was calm, relaxed, and friendly upon approach. When softly spoken to, she tries to sniff the assessor and leans onto her side. Jessica remains calm and relaxed. Jessica lightly pushes up on the assessor’s hand, leans on it, and begins to purr softly.” No WONDER she earned a near-perfect AVERAGE behavioral rating from the stingy shelter! And did I mention that Jessica is ALREADY SPAYED? But this charming sweetheart will DIE at noon tomorrow, another INNOCENT VICTIM of the ubiquitous ACC kitty cold and a badly broken shelter system. Please don’t let them silence her purrs forever! Start RIGHT NOW to apply to foster or adopt adorable older tabby sweetie JESSICA! If you can’t save JESSICA yourself, please SHARE her sad story and PLEDGE for her rescue!
