JESSE – A1048760
***GONE 08/27/15***SCARED BUT SWEET BLACK CUTIEPIE NEEDS RESCUE ANGEL—BE JESSIE’S HERO! Jesse is only four months old and should have his whole life ahead of him. He came in all alone and is naturally, petrified at the shelter and who can blame him? This great little guy should have his whole life ahead of him. This lovely kitten will make a great companion with some time, food, and TLC. Please advocate for Jesse tonight. Please reserve him online or let a rescue know if you can foster or adopt—transportation is available. Jesse needs a hero. Can that special someone who saves his precious life be YOU?

08/25/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Jesse was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer. I was able to pet him and interact with him in a limited way. I was also able to pick him up. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with no children. Reaction to assessor: resting at the back of the cage When spoken quietly: still curled up in a ball watching the assessor Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless, begins to hiss Reaction to touch: hisses, growls, tries to aviod being touched Try picking cat up: Jesse became very tense when held Placement Determination: Experience no child
