06/30/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Jerry was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to was seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying timid behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and remained neutral when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer. I was able to pet him and interact with him in a limited way. He became tense when attempted to pick up. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless Reaction to touch: allows petting Try picking cat up: not tolerant of this type of handling Placement Determination: Experience
