Finder described Jenna as very friendly and sweet. Behavior During intake Jenna was very vocal during intake and tried to get out of cardboard carrier. Jenna allowed to be pet and picked up with loose body. Once in the kennel Jenna relaxed and laid down.” JENNA has a BEGINNER rating and is 8 years young…CAN YOU FOSTER OR ADOPT THIS LOVELY LADY WHO HAS HAD SOME HARD LUCK?? She will need some competent vet care…but from the ACC notes there seems to be a lot of speculation with little hard diagnoses. PLEASE SAVE JENNA WHO WANTS TO GIVE SOMEONE SO MUCH LOVE…..

Notes: Jenna was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying friendly and social behavior, comes to the front of the kennel, interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Jenna is displaying behavior appropriate for a beginner cat owner. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed When spoken quietly: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft and relaxed, seems interested Reaction to touch: allows petting and attention, head butts, purrs, very affectionate, comes to front of cage Try picking cat up: Jenna remains relaxed and continues to purr while being held Placement Determination: Beginner
