IVY – A1060684
Gone 12-19-2015 Manhattan
***GONE 12/19/15*** One hates to hope that someone really is ill, but in the case of Ivy’s former owner, one does tend to think along those lines. This LOVING sweet senior lady was brought into the shelter on account of her former owner being “ill,” but gentle IVY has some medical issues of her own. Why were they left to develop, one wonders? IVY is reported as having sat in her former owners’ lap, loving every stroke and caress. It’s sad if that person really had been ill, and then gave her up, but it’s doubly sad if they just used that “owner sick” excuse to soothe their conscience as they dumped their cat. Either way, the SADDEST outcome of all will be if IVY is killed, tomorrow! She needs a FOSTER to love her like no other while a New Hope rescue foots the vet bills, so please find that for her tonight! IVY can also be adopted outright but she does need to see a vet, and the importance of that cannot be overlooked. ADVOCATE WIDELY FOR IVY, TONIGHT!
