I am a male gray domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 3 YEARS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 11/19/2015 from NY 11221, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

11/23/15 S/O: Cat is Q/BAR, was concerned cat not able to walk b/c hesistant to move in cage, but when pulled out and placed on floor can stand and walk, RF paw very swollen, other paws have varying degrees of scabbed wounds; cat growls on palpation of wounds, but does not become fractious A: Possible abscess or cellulitis right front paw/limb P: Recheck tomorrow to extend Bup SR 11/22/15 VC – RF CARPAL WOUND/SWELLING — MONITOR CONDITION *CAUTION* S/O: Cat is QAR in cage, resting comfortably, eating wet food A: Cat seems to have adequate pain control and appetite P: Recheck tomorrow 11/20/15 Scan :neg Sex: MI sedated with buprenex dexdomitor and telazol IM for exam (0.1 cc each) S/O: BARH mm pink MS: wnl, RF carpus very thickened and swollen GU: MI INT: RF metacarpal pad torn, proximal half of dermis missing LN wnl ABD: wnl EENT: very clean teeth no abnormalities noted radiographs of RF limb, pelvis, and hindlimbs wnl A: RF carpal swelling r/o soft tissue injury, infections, cancer, fx unlikely given radiograph results P: convenia inj 0.5 cc SC, buprenex 0.15 cc SC BID, monitor in medical Prognosis: EXCELLENT
