HOT SAUCE – A1048290
8-22-2015 Manhattan
***GONE 08/22/15*** Sweet, baby HOT SAUCE is just 13 weeks old and facing DEATH! He has the sniffles which he will get over with antibiotics but his life, which hangs in the balance is another thing. He’s not happy and grump as one would understand. He’s been tolerating petting and attention but the assessor feels this little guy may be intimidated by small children so he’s been given an EXPNOCHILD rating. Once little HOT SAUCE gets used to his new environment he most certainly should be fine! Offer to foster or even adopt him! His young life is in your hands!

08/20/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Hot Sauce looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Hot Sauce remains crouched down on his cage bedding, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Hot Sauce hisses at first, but once touched he tightly curls up in place and shows no interest. Placement determination: Experience / no child Hot Sauce tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
