Medical Summary Was nervous during but allowed handling during initial Has hair loss on tail Was very vocal during exam Eyes appeared to be different sizes. Left eye smaller then the right Nose= no discharge Teeth are all white and intact Ears were dirty. Cleaned with ear cleaning solution and gauze Scan negative for microchip Intact male Dewormed with Pyrantel Flea Treatment= Frontline Will put on a vet check NOSF
