Calico cats are pretty special; 99.9% of them are female. They are also credited with having magical powers. Japanese fishermen used to keep a calico on board their ships to protect them from storms and jealous ancestors. Hayden has the typical outgoing personality and lovely tri-color markings of a calico. Let her work her magic on you!’ SAVE HAYDEN, she is a magical little girl who was given up due to owner ‘allergies’ and was noted as having followed her former owner around, and even at the stressful ACC was headbutting and soliciting attention. 07/11/15 15:17 Hayden is an orange and gray female cat who is spayed. Hayden is approxiametly 4 yrs. old and is being surrendered due to the fact that Hayden’s owner has allergies to Hayden. Hayden appear to be in good health and has no reported health issues at this time. Hayden is reported to be a lovable and friendly cat. Hayden is said to be friendly around children and people of all ages. Hayden is relaxed gentle and respectful around both people and children. Hayden has not however been socialized with cats and dogs. Hayden is an indoor cat who is litter boxed trained. Hayden is reported to have a medium level of activity and has been described as friendly playful confident affectionate and mellow. It is reported that Haydn likes to be held and is not bothered when she is woken up suddenly. Hayden uses an open and closed litterbox. Hayden likes to play with strings and she does not have a scratching post. Hayden will follow her owner around and lay in her favorite spot and stay in the same room with her owner. Hayden was calm while in the car. Hayden was calm while in her carrier but became nervous and struggles slightly when it came time to collar and photograph her. Hayden when in an environment she is comfortable and wll adjusted is a friendly and affectionate cat. Due to Hayden being in a new environment was nervous but can be friendly and affectionate when she is comfortable.
