04/04/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Grape looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Grape remains hiding in her cat den, alert with pupils fully dilated. Reaction to touch: Grape avoids contact, panics, and attempts to escape her cage. Placement determination: NH ONLY Grape Fruit is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. She is extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
