Medical Behavior Evaluation GREEN
Medical Summary Sex: Female, lactating Scan: Negative Estimated age: 2 years. Very slight amount of tartar on teeth, good overall health Fleas: No flea dirt. Hx: Has two kittens (A1059377 and A1059378), born on Oct 3rd in finder’s yard S: Active, chirps to kittens, allows all handling of herself and kittens, seems to appreciate petting. Growled when the door to the room was opened, but then stopped. O: BAR-H, BCS 6/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Moderate brown granular discharge AU. No discharge OU, nose. Slight yellowing of teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, full, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. UG: Female, lactating, enlarged mammary glands A: Lactating mom, came in with two kittens, likely ear mites. Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1. Gave 1.1 ml pyrantel and Activyl cat 9+ lbs 2. Cleaned ears during exam and gave 0.15 ml ivermectin SQ 3. Repeat ear cleaning q3 days x2 cleanings, recheck if severe discharge at last cleaning 1088
