barh. allows all handling. appetite ok. normal stool. bcs 3/9

teeth clean, right eye wnl, healing corneal ulcer OS, alopecia at left lateral canthus and left side of nose (likely from ocular discharge OS), no nasal discharge, ears wnl

ambulatory x 4, hunched posture, slight muscle wasting in hind end, no palpable fractures or dislocations, normal anal and tail tone

a: healing corneal ulcer OS, underweight, abnormal gait/posture – rule out old injury

p: continue with current treatment and monitoring plan. rec new hope placement. fair to good prognosis
