Note: Geneseo was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. Upon intake, she was a little stiff and had dilated eyes, but allowed handling. Reaction to cage door opening: Geneseo remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Geneseo allows touch on her head and back, remains in place for petting, and begins to purr. After a little while, she rubs her cheeks onto her litter box. Reaction to being picked up: Geneseo remains calm and allows handling.
