GATSBY – A1039084
6-15-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 06/15/15***THE RARE SECOND CHANCE FOR THE GREAT GATSBY!!! HE NEEDS A HAPPY ENDING TO HIS SAD TALE TONIGHT! Gatsby is a five year old fab feline whose former owners abandoned her and her furry roommate, Gabe when they moved. Gatsby must have thought that she mattered to them. Gatsby must have thought those people would care for her always, but that turned out to be a painfully false assumption. Her former owners loved her as long as it was convenient to, but once they decided to move to a new place, they couldn’t wait to cut ties with poor Gatsby and Gabe. Gatsby was hurt beyond measure by their callous disregard but despite her dire circumstances, still scored a good experience rating. Gatsby is a lovely lady who deserves a chance to reclaim her rightful throne, snuggled up on the sofa next to her lucky new purrson. Could that special someone be you? Please open up your heart and home to this purrfect angel. Please reserve her online tonight. Better yet—reserve her and Gabe—since a dynamic duo of fab felines is better than one. Transportation is available through a NH rescue. Let’s get busy helping write a fairytale ending to the Great Gatsby’s nightmare! CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO SAVE THIS WONDERFUL CAT!!

06/11/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Gatsby was bought into the care center by her previous owner due to moving problems. Gatsby at the time of the assessment was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: retreats Reaction to touch: very nervous but allows petting Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling but tense. Placement Determination: Experience
