I am a female black domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 12 YEARS old.

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 08/05/2015 from NY 11235, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

08/11/2015 Exam Type CAGE EXAM – Medical Rating is 3 C – MAJOR CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 7.8 LBS.

08/11/15 16:32 S/O: cage exam during rounds. continues to have crusted nasal discharge, dehydrated. reluctant to allow oral exam, blood-tinged drool from mouth. A: URI geriatric P: move back to isolation continue doxy as previously rx add SQ fluids: 100 ml LRS SQ SID x 3 days 08/09/15 17:46 recheck in iso no nasal discharge today ok to move out observed eating food set up for groom tommorrow although uri resolved, allow to continue on doxy dt geriatric as preventative 08/06/15 09:23 S/O: presented on 8/5. large areas of matted fur on dorsum, dry/dull/unkempt haircoat, soft and non-painful abdomen. ate entire tray of wet food during exam. heart and lungs WNL. mild dehydration. nasal discharge and congestion.
