FUZZY – A1038160
6-10-2015 Manhattan
**SAFE 06/10/15** Stunning FUZZY is a creamy orange kitty who is the victim of lousy proofreading by the ACC tonight, and who will be the victim of an enthusiastic ACC executioner, tomorrow. Yes, this poor frightened cat is listed as both “female” and “male” by the ACC, which just shows how little regard they have for the animals in their so-called “care.” Fuzzy wound up at the shelter because his former owner was evicted, which shouldn’t be a death sentence…but because the ACC does such a lousy job of rehoming innocent cats, that is exactly what Fuzzy faces tomorrow. Fuzzy would benefit from some time to decompress, once he gets into his new home, but the first order of business is saving his life tonight! He can be reserved on the ACC website, or someone who is interested in foster/adopting him can work with a New Hope rescue. Either way, please find someone to save FUZZY, tonight!

06/03/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Fuzzy looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Fuzzy remains crouched down with head down on his cage bedding, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Fuzzy accepts the stroke, but flinches on the touch and stiffens up in place. Placement determination: Experience / no child Fuzzy tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
