Furball A1053775 – 13 week female gray tabby
S/O: QAR, vomit in kennel noted, w/ worms
P: Extending panacur 2 more days. Noted dose in computer came up incorrect (too low), despite being entered correctly. Changd today’s dose for appropriate amount.
Reaction to assessor: Furball does not come to front but remains neutral
When spoken quietly: Furball does not come to front but remains neutral
Reaction to door cage opening: Furball remains motionless
Reaction to touch: Furball body was tense at first but she slowly warmed up and began responding well to petting.
Try picking cat up: Furball is tolerant of this type of handling but tense.
Behavior Determination: Experience
At the time of the assessment Furball was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer. I was able to pet her and interact with her. I was also able to pick her up and although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
