FRUFFLES is a beautiful boy who found his way into the shelter as a stray. Nothing is known of his background, however, his soft and relaxed behavior certainly screams LOST PET!!! FRUFFLES was soliciting attention in his cage, rubbing and being very social. FRUFFLES would make anyone a very lucky person to have him as a companion. DON’T LET THE ACC KILL THIS SWEET BOY OVER A COLD. CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO PULL HIM TO SAFETY!!

Notes: Fruffles was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying friendly behavior, comes to the front of the kennel, interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Fruffles is displaying behavior appropriate for a beginner cat owner. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you, is calm, relaxed and friendly When spoken quietly: comes to the front of cage, soliciting, rubbing against front Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: solicits petting and attention Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling Placement Determination: Beginner
