Medical Summary Negative MC Intact female BARH Reported hit by car–kitten is feral and fractious in hand; tachycardic (due to stress), no apparent injuries noted (cannot palpate fractures, but animal is unwilling to stand on its own, withdrawal reflex in all limbs) Lower half soaked in urine, cannot feel a bladder, will observe for urination/bm Cannot discern pain vs feral behavior–oncall rec 0.06IM buprenorphine and reassess when calm Pale mm but CRT WNL Negative fleas/earmites (activyl) Pyrantel withheld NOSF Set up in medical ____________ Once sedate, the kitten was favoring is right hind, still no break felt but swelling over tib/fib area, can bear weight but cautious, no further urination seen
