FRAPPE – A1048091
8-21-2015 Manhattan Rescue: Staten Island Hope Please honor your pledges: http://www.statenislandhoperescue.org/
**SAFE 08/21/15** WHISKEY and FRAPPE are two of a group of cats who were brought into the shelter as strays on August 16th. These guys are both young, guesstimated to be about 2 years old, and they are also very handsome! Their intake notes are basically identical and so is what they need: each cat needs someone to step up to foster or adopt him! These guys earned EXPNOCHILD ratings on account of their fear, but they should settle in nicely once they are safe in a new home. Please make sure WHISKEY and FRAPPE get what they need by advocating vigorously for them, tonight!

08/19/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Frappe looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Frappe remains crouched down turned sideways at the assessor, alert with a direct stare and ears erect. Reaction to touch: Frappe accepts the stroke, but began shiver in place, lip lick and tightly curl up. Placement determination: Eperience / no child Frappe tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
