FRANKLIN – A1046910
8-17-2015 Manhattan
***GONE 08/17/15*** Poor FRANKLIN, another surrender due to OWNER EVICTION! This 1 year old kitten is frightened and unsure of what is going on! She did walk up to an observer and allowed being picked up but was not allowing petting and one can just agree that she SHOULD NOT be faulted just for THAT. But she was and now slapped with a RESCUE ONLY rating needs the HELP of A NEW HOPE RESCUE. Please contact and offer to foster or adopt. It will save her life and more than that, probably save YOURS!
