08/01/15 16:18 Basic Information Frankie was brought in as an owner’s surrender. Owner said that Frankie is originally from outside, and he gradually socialized him and attempted to make him an indoor cat. Owner says Frankie has all his claws, and says as far as he knows; he has no injuries or health concern. Frankie is said to be litter-box trained, and to be playful with the other cats he lived with. Behavior during Intake Frankie was tense during intake. He was thrashing back and forth while in kennel, so he was immediately taken to medical.

Scan negative Barh As per 1027 animal has URI. Doxyycline 50mg 0.9ML SID x 10 days. Has a R head tilt. Slight-mildly dirty ear’s,cleaned. Flea comb negative,but applied Activyl TX(Topical preventative). Animal had a reminants of blood on tail and in carrier. Was taken to medical and seen by 1027. Will monitor for blood in urine vs other. Gender:Intact male Nosf
