***GONE 07/02/15*** FRIGHTENED FRANK DOESN’T KNOW WHAT TO MAKE OF THE ACC SHELTER – HE IS PERFECTLY HEALTHY BUT WILL NOW DIE FOR HIS FEAR!!! FRANK was brought into the shelter as a stray so nothing is known of his background. He is about 2 years old and is frightened. He has shown NO aggression and just tries to avoid anyone touching him. FRANK may be a very lost boy and he just needs a place to chill where he can feel safe and get back to his old self on his own terms. FRANK is HEALTHY but the ACC will kill him because he is afraid. DON’T LET FRANK BE ANOTHER ACC STATISTIC – CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO PULL HIM TO SAFETY. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID THE FIRST TIME YOU HEAR FRANK PURR FOR YOU!!! SAVE HIS LIFE NOW!!

06/29/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Frank does not come to the front, but remains neutral inside his cage. When softly spoken to, he looks at the assessor and blinks. Reaction to cage door opening: Frank becomes stiff and alert. Reaction to touch: Frank tries to avoid touch by slowly moving away from the assessor’s hand. He is very unsure; he focuses on the hand and allows touch, but continuously tries to move away. His tail remains straight down and his ears bend sideways throughout the interaction. Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Frank tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
