FOGGY – A1044418
7-23-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 07/23/15***ACC’s ASSESSMENT OF FOGGY….’Foggy lowers his head and attempts to hide upon approach. When softly spoken to, he lifts his head up slightly and focuses on the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Foggy slowly backs away from the front. Reaction to touch: Foggy starts to tremble, lowers his head, and lip licks throughout the interaction’ THIS IS THE KIND OF EVALUATION THAT BREAKS YOUR HEART! What has happened to this lovely gentleman, fallen on hard times!? Don’t you want to scoop up FOGGY and ask ‘what happened to you, sweetheart, that you are so afraid?’ FOGGY is such a gentle boy, and he really needs tonight someone to see past his dirty coat and rough look-for this is a diamond that shines for those who know how to find it, a cat who may look like a pauper but is really a king in disguise-noble and kind. Please-if there is ever a cat that so needs you, it’s this sweet boy who somewhere, at some time, ‘belonged’ to someone. He shouldn’t die at 5 years of age, in a cold steel place. Let him find windows to peer from and couches to curl up on, as he purrs his song into your heart. Please save FOGGY-he needs you!

07/20/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to Assessor: Foggy lowers his head and attempts to hide upon approach. When softly spoken to, he lifts his head up slightly and focuses on the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Foggy slowly backs away from the front. Reaction to touch: Foggy starts to tremble, lowers his head, and lip licks throughout the interaction. Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Foggy tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
