Medical Summary intact female BCS = 2-3/9 Moderately distended abdomen, spinal processes and ribs easily palpable OD: Ruptured globe with crusted yellow/green debris over cornea; globe squirted aqueous humor during initial exam OS: moderate blepharospasm but normal appearing globe NOSF Eating well on own, drank water post exam Full mouth of deciduous teeth Administered Erythromycin OU Gave Buprenex 0.015 mg/kg PO – continue BID x 5 days Will start Augmentin 0.07 mL PO BID – patient had nasal discharge, but possibly from fluid from nasal lacrimal duct (flushed eyes as well, fluid from ruptured globe) Administered Pyrantel Gave FVRCP vaccine Spoke to New Hope about placement
