11/20/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
11/20/15 13:28 BASIC INFO Fifi is a male American Shorthair mix. His owner found him as a stray 7 years ago. He surrendered him because he sprays urine in the house. Fifi hasn’t been neutered or taken to a vet. SOCIALIZATION Fifi is friendly/outgoing with strangers. He’s relaxed, affectionate, and tolerant with children. He plays gently with people. He lived with 2 small dogs and was relaxed and playful with them. He’s never bit or scratched anyone. BEHAVIOR Fifi is relaxed in the car. He enjoys being picked up and held. He doesn’t mind when someone bathes him, wipes him off, cleans his ears, brushes him, puts him in a carrier, or wakes him up. He has been spraying urine around the home outside of his litterbox regularly since his owner found him. He has not been neutered or taken to a vet. FOR A NEW FAMILY TO KNOW Fifi’s owner describes him as friendly, affectionate, playful, talkative, and medium energy. He follows his owner around and sits in his lap. He plays with balls. He lived inside. He slept with his owner or in one of his cat beds in a drawer, in the closet, or on top of the cabinet. He ate dry and wet Fancy Feast food. He used a hooded litterbox with clumping litter. He scratches a vertical, rope-covered scratching post in addition to couches and chairs. INTAKE Fifi had a soft body as he walked out of his carrier into his kennel and while I pet him and scanned him (-). He head butted me. There were a lot of other animals coming in at the time and a bit of commotion. When we returned to his kennel, he was tense with wide eyes but tolerated being picked up, collared, and positioned for pictures. He sat crouched on the table during his pictures. He didn’t resist, retreat, or vocalize.
