FEEBEE – A1046933

8-13-2015 Brooklyn

Previous | Next

***GONE 08/13/15*** FEEBEE is a sweet 2 year old girl who is not happy at the ACC! She allowed petting from her assessor but took time to warm up. As one could guess, she does not like being poked and prodded by strangers with gloves! Because of her fearful nature her rating of EXPNOCHILD has been applied. Once out of here and into a home that’s understanding and loving, she will need time to get used to her new surroundings but should be smothering you with kisses after no time! Please contact a NEW HOPE RESCUE and show FEEBEE that we humans aren’t all so bad!

08/11/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to Assessor: Feebee was calm and relaxed upon approach. She lowers her eyes and averts her gaze when softly spoken to. Reaction to cage door opening: Feebee remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Feebee remains in place and allows petting, but she takes a while to warm up to touch. She begins to purr and starts to knead after some time. Reaction to being picked up: Feebee starts to growl and whine during pick up, and then turns around and hisses at the assessor. She allows petting afterwards, but seems more tolerant rather than solicitous. Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Feebee interacts with the observer and appreciates attention, but may be stressed and intolerant of pick up. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
