I am an unaltered male, gray tabby Domestic Shorthair mix.The shelter staff think I am about 13 weeks old.I weigh 3 pounds.I was found in NY 10309.
I have been at the shelter since Oct 06, 2014.

HX: came from Forest Animal Hospital with hx of being bitten and having bitten the rescuer (contemporaneous 10 day and 6 month hold).
microchip scan NEGATIVE
male intact
approx 3 months old
PE: + fleas. Scabs behind both ears. Clean ears: + ear mites. Bandage placed on LH leg at Forest ANimal Hospital: wound described as 2 puncture wounds on either side of hock (vet removed scab, cleaned wound and placed bandage). Polyflex administered as antibiotic.
h/L cardiac valves and all lung fields ascult normally
Ivomec 0.04 cc SC for ear mites
Meloxicam (5mg/ml injection) 0.08 cc SC for analgesia.
FVRCP #1 SC R. dorsal shoulder
Strongid 0.30ccPO
Plan: vet check of LH leg wound (remove bandage and evaluate).
Clavamox 62.5 mg/l oral supsension: 0.30cc PO BID x 7 days.
RABIES VACCINATION TO BE ADMINISTERED AFTER 10-DAY HOLD PERIOD IS FINISHED AND BEFORE 6-MONTH PERIOD IS COMPLETED.
