EVE – A1058133
Gone 11-29-2015 Manhattan
**GONE 11/29/15** Who lived with 4 kiddos and has never been to a vet, but she’s been to the ACC? EVE, that’s who! This gorgeous, outgoing girl was bred at home and got along great with children aged 7, 8, 10 and 12. What a GOOD GIRL! She lost her home and everyone she loved, when her former owners moved into an apartment that doesn’t allow pets. That may have been a convenient choice for them but it sucks for EVE, because rather than living out her life with love and companionship, she’s going to die horribly tomorrow. Please do NOT let this good girl be lost to a brutally inept shelter system! Advocate ferociously for EVE, tonight!

She was surrender because her previous owner was moving into an apartment that did not allow pets. She has no known injuries or health problems but has never been to a vet. The two things her previous owner liked most about her were; she’s sweet and playful. Social life and Personality: Around children 7,8,10 and 12 years old Eve is relaxed and affectionate and gentle when she plays. Around other cat she is relaxed and affectionate and exuberant when she plays. She has never been around dogs. She is litter box trained and was kept indoors only. She has a medium activity level and can be described as confident, friendly, quiet and independent. Behavior: Eve has never bitten a person or animal. Her previous owner has never attempted to give her a bath or trim her nails. She enjoys having her coat brushed. She tolerates being picked up and isn’t bothered if she is disturbed while sleeping. For a New Family to Know: Eve used clumping cat litter in an uncovered litter box. She liked to play with sting, straw and toy balls. She used a mattress to scratch on. When her previous owner was home she would tend to be in her favorite spot and when she played she was gentle. In car rides she is relaxed. She ate both wet and dry Meow Mix and at night she slept anywhere. Behavior during intake: Eve allowed me to collar her, hold her, pet her and take pictures without showing any signs of aggression.
